This Digital Delivery Policy explains how products and services purchased from RateMyResumes are delivered to you.

1. No Physical Shipping

RateMyResumes is a 100% digital platform. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. Therefore, no physical shipping is required or provided for any purchase made on this website.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

All premium services (including full ATS reports, AI-generated resume fixes, and PDF downloads) are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment.

Immediately after your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway (Razorpay), the locked content on your screen will be unlocked automatically, and a copy of your report will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. Delivery Issues

If you have successfully completed your payment but the digital content does not unlock on your screen, or if you do not receive the email containing your report within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder first.

If you still cannot access your purchase, please contact our support team immediately with your payment receipt, and we will manually deliver your digital product.
